Awaken your senses on a carefully curated day tour to discover the rich history of wine making in the Hunter Valley at some of the oldest wineries as well as the next generation of winemakers. Be amazed at the panoramic views of this vast beautiful valley whilst you walk amongst the vines. Lunch is included in one of “the Hunter’s” best loved restaurants including a glass of wine, beer or soft drink. No trip to the Hunter Valley would be complete without a stop at the famous HV Chocolate Company or one of the many local cheese makers. Finally, it’s time to head for home knowing that you have tantalised your senses as you have tasted, seen, smelt, felt and heard all there is to know about the Hunter Valley region of NSW.
- Discover the rich history of winemaking in “The Hunter” during a guided wine tasting at two of the Hunter Valley’s iconic cellar doors
- Savour a 1-course lunch including a glass of wine, beer or soft drink whilst overlooking the vineyards.
- Visit a local cheese maker
- Visit the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company for a sweet treat at the end of the day.

7:00am – Depart Sydney and travel across the Sydney Harbour Bridge towards the north. Short comfort stop en route.
10:00am – Arrive in the Hunter Valley and marvel at the rows of vines and the panoramic views across the valley. The first wine tasting is in one of the oldest wineries in the region with an historic tale to tell.
11:15am – Arriving at our second tasting we will learn to distinguish how to taste wine when mixed with other tastes such as nuts or cheese.
12:30pm – Enjoy a 1-course lunch overlooking the vines at one of the Hunter Valley’s many superior quality restaurants.
14:15pm - After lunch we will enjoy our “cheese” course with a visit and cheese tasting at Binnorie Dairy who specialize in soft cheeses.
14:45pm – Our final stop is at the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company for a tasting and the opportunity to finish the day on a sweet note.
3:30pm – Commence our return journey to Sydney
7:00pm – Arrive back in Sydney

SYDNEY NIGHT TOUR
See Sydney’s city lights sparkle on this enchanting night time tour of Sydney by coach and ferry. As the sun sets, you’ll capture breathtaking views of Sydney’s most iconic landmarks, the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, bathed in an evening glow. Discover the best locations to capture memorable images of the city’s night lights reflecting on the water whilst hearing fascinating facts about the Harbour city. Crossing the bridge, you reach Kirribilli to marvel at historic Luna Park and capture views of the city back across the water. The tour concludes with a nocturnal ferry ride across the harbour where you will be immersed in the city lights and create spectacular memories of your captivating time in Sydney.
